These holidays are mostly whites first holidays. Black people, of course, are a part of some of this list’ but... white people not having holidays? ... ok. Anyway, as a black man in my 50s, I don't give a crap if white people create their own personal holiday. I just ask one thing of you, white people... just observe your new holiday with as much gusto and aplomb as you want to observe it with, but DO NOT THROW IT IN MY FACE! I will stand back and watch you guzzle beer, overturn cars, set fires to things, throw out racial epithets in your drunken riot state and start fights. But, as long as you keep that shit to yourselves... I'll always stay out of your way! So, go on and have at it... white people. You deserve your own personal holiday, right? You have been so downtrodden and suppressed in the history of America. Right? Enjoy!
And, where is this idea coming from? GODAMN ARIZONA! I would not expect anything less out of the last state in the union to accept Martin Luther king’s birthday as a national holiday! Friggin Arizona! My god, people of Arizona… those of you with any good sense… why are you still supporting a state that is racist from the bat shit crazy Governor down to the police who are itching for the chance to take you out. I don’t get it. You could not pay me enough money to step foot on Arizona soil!
